He was predeceased by: his parents, Eusebio Gutierrez and Gregoria Moreno Gutierrez; and his brother Romeo Gutierrez. He is survived by: his sons, Eduardo Gutierrez (Margarita) of Grand Prairie and Leonard Gutierrez (Iris) of Mansfield; his siblings, Cesar Gutierrez (Paula) of El Paso, Esther Chacon (Mike) of Pearsall, Diana Gutierrez of Pearsall and Nancy Martinez (Ezequiel) of Nacogdoches; and his grandchildren, Adrian Gutierrez (Erica), Aaron Gutierrez, Andrew Gutierrez, Mateo Gutierrez and Jessica Gutierrez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
