She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Rodriguez; her father Valentin Martinez; her son Herman Lee Raines III; her brothers, Julian Martinez and Alejandro Martinez; and her granddaughter Alexis Gonzales.
She is survived by: her mother Juanita Martinez of Dilley; her daughters, Judy Falcon and Margaret Raines Martinez; her brother Valentin Martinez Jr.; her wife Marti of El Paso; her sisters, Renee Rogers of Moore, OK, Minga Hernandez (Jeff) of San Antonio, Janie Rodriguez (Rene) of San Antonio, Mary Salinas (Eusebio) of Uvalde and Lupe Garcia of Chicago, IL; and also, Estevan Martinez (Herminia) of Dilley and Roger Lee Norris of Dilley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and Nephews.
