He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Solis Hernandez and Gloria Robles Resendes. He is survived by: his wife Englatina Trejo Solis of Pearsall; his children, Jose J. Solis, Jorge Solis, Marco Solis and Ruth Solis; and his siblings, Javier Solis, Rosario Solis, Armando Solis, Gloria Solis, Daniel Solis and Eliaser Solis. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
