He was predeceased by: his daughter Gloria Peralta; and his sister Luz Rojas. He is survived by: his parents, Brijido Rojas and Antonia Garcia Torres; his wife Martha Hernandez Rojas; his children, Ruby Peralta (Paul Rodriguez), Celina Peralta and Jamaika Rojas; and his siblings, Rene Rojas, Carlos Rojas, Rojelio Rojas, Graciela Rojas, Yolanda Rojas, Clara Rojas, Susanna Rojas, Jessica Rojas and Jesus Rojas. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
