She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Jill Chism; her granddaughters, Jessica Nicole Chism and Kendra Lea Cook; and her great grandchildren, Belladonna, Rizen, Jiavonni, Julius, Jordan, Jackson and Joe Robert.
