He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lester and Ruth Fudge (Patterson); his wife Carolee Stacy Fudge; and his siblings, A. L. "Pete" Fudge, David Eugene Fudge and Ima Jane Montgomery.
He is survived by: his children, James Dean Fudge of Bastrop and Deanna Lee Fudge of Del Rio; his siblings, A. D. Fudge of Eagle Lake and Nancy Sadler of Bigfoot; his grandchildren, Kalyn Rodriguez of Millet, Lauren Navarro of Corpus Christi and Shawn Cantrell of La Coste; and his great grandchildren, Aden W. Rooks, Sophia Rodriguez and Maddox Rodriguez.
