He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Ortiz and Clara Torres; and his siblings, Julian Ortiz, Santiago Frausto, Esteban Ortiz and Flora Ortiz.
He is survived by: his children, Joann Rios (Librado), Claribel Ramos (Agapito), Frances Marie Ortiz, Joe Anthony Ortiz, Lenora Castillo (Diego) and Francisco Luis Ortiz (Marissa); and his brother Ruben Frausto (Rosa Aranda). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 15 great- grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
