She is survived by: her siblings, Nicolas Valdez, Jr. and Dolores V. Gonzalez; her nephews, David Valdez and Eric Valdez; her husband Jose M. Cortez; her children, Carlos Cortez, John Paul Cortez, Marisol Cortez, Cindy Cortez and Alexandra Fischer; her brother Armando (Ana Valdez); her grandchildren, Ariel Vasquez, Amanda Vasquez, Carlos Vinton, Jr., Krystal Ortegon, Adolph Benjamin Palacios, Kimberly Cortez and Sebastian Cortez; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Cortez, Rylan Cortez and Geanna Cortez.
