He is survived by: his wife Santos Rodriguez; his children, Sheila Pena, Priscilla Tower, Emilio Rodriguez III (Kayla) and Bernice Brooks; his stepsons, Gilbert Rivas and Ramzy Brooks; his siblings, Rosemary Escamilla, Ricky Rodriguez, Beatrice Aguirre (Nito), Ruben Rodriguez (Deanna), Sally Ochoa (Rudy), Bobby Rodriguez and Sarah Fine (Ryan); his grandchildren, LaTwanna Taylor, Mark Garcia Jr., Eavy Polio, Skylar Garcia, Hunter Tower, Jacob Velasquez, Corbin Thomas and Xavier Rodriguez; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Garcia, Isabella Garcia, Andre Polio and Anastasia Flores. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
