She is survived by: her children, David Hinojosa, Jesse Hinojosa (April), Chris Hinojosa, Gloria Vela (Rudy), Christina Montez (Jesse), Aurora Saenz, Mary Ellen Vela (Roland) and Sara Hinojosa Morales; and her daughter-in-law Juanita Hinojosa. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
