He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilario Herrera, Sr. and Florencia Herrera; and his siblings, Adela Herrera, Juan Herrera and Manuel Herrera.
He is survived by: his son S. Zenon Herrera, Jr.; and his siblings, Hilario Herrera, Jr. (Alberto Herrera Sr.), Paula Garcia and Nicolasa Coronado. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
