In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rose leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Rose may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Cooper and Bessie Cooper (Charlie Whatley); and her children, Glenn (Katherine Whatley), Rosemary (Clipper Lee) and Marilyn Whatley.
She is survived by: her sons, Simon (Mary Whatley), Johnny (Rhonda Whatley) and Billy (Becky Whatley). She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren 20 great-great grandchildren as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Clayton Funeral Home (5530 W Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Southpark Cemetery (1310 N Main St, Pearland, TX 77581).
