He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Blizard and Velma Jones. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen McKowen (Richard) and James Blizard (Amanda, Thomas Blizard); his siblings, Judith Jones, Larry Jones, Bobby Joe Jones and Morgann Russell; and his grandchildren, Kenneth McKowen, Isabell McKowen, Kaylee Blizard, Brayden Blizard and Madison Blizard. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
