He is survived by: his parents, Joyce Gail May and John Charles May; his daughters, Monica Gail May (George Ortiz), Felicia Natalie May (William Richard) and Jessica Pearl May Reyna (David Reyna); his grandchildren, Nathan Ortiz, John Ortiz, Alanah Richard, Tristan Richard, Zoey Richard, Camila Reyna and Natalio Reyna; and his former wife Lidia May.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the South Park Cemetery (1310 N Main St, Pearland, TX 77581).
