She was predeceased by: her husband William Raby; her parents, Dan Phillips and Mamie Phillips; her brothers, Kenneth Phillips, Willie Herman Phillips (Sharon) and Donald Ray Phillips; her sons, Cedrick Raby (Gaybernell), Bruce Raby and Kevin Raby (Chandrika); her grandchildren, Ciddarious, Cedrick Jr., Michael, Jayla, Miya, Nicholas and Alana; and her great grandchildren, Rhylee, Ceriah, Cevyn, Layla and Uriah.

She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Eddye Bee, Burnette and Jeanette; and her friend Evelyn.
