He was predeceased by: his daughter Diane Leigh Lampe; and his siblings, Lawrence Matthew Blumer and Anna Mary Sykora. He is survived by: his children, Cherry Lynn McDonald, Leigh Allan Blumer (Esther) and Allison Leanne Wells (Jason); his grandchildren, Tara Lynn Lampe, Chase Everette Lampe, Trina Lampe, Trisha LaBauve and Kendall Leigh Wells; and his sisters, Frieda Mae Shaddock, Florence Ruth Bergen, Marguerite Faye Williams, Phyllis Jean Honey and Doris Elaine Fontaine. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and great-grandchildren.
