He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Parson and Celia Parson; his former wife Nita Parson; his daughter Karen K. Parson; and his brothers, Robert Parson and James Parson.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Parson; his children, Henry Parson, Jr. (Sheila) and Donna L. Stansfield; his stepchildren, Rhonda Alexander and Ronald Moro (Deb); and his grandchildren, Blake Parson (Cassie), Bryan Parson (Roxanne), Tyler Parson (Michaela), Randall Stansfield (Jamie), Rachel Wheeler, Sydni Jones (P. J.), Chynna Smith, Alex King (T. J.) and Elizabeth Moro (Clifford). He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
