He was predeceased by: his wife Florance Marie; his parents, Cliff Chapman and Vinia Chapman; his siblings, Zula Mae Hanagriff and Charles Chapman; and his daughter-in-law Therese "Tracy" Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Mark, Phillip (Susan), Dwayne, Charlotte, Sharon (Ralph) and Mary (Michael). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clayton Funeral Home (5530 W Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584). A rosary was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Helen Catholic Church (2209 Old Alvin Rd, Pearland, TX 77581).
