He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Talley; and his parents, Bill Talley and Lorene Talley. He is survived by: his sons, Edward Talley (Kim) of Horseshoe Bay and Mark Talley (Loree) of Rhome, Texas; the mother of his children Martha Burk; his brother Donny Talley; his stepchildren, Greg Vance of Grapevine, Tammie Stephens (Dale) of Houston and Michael Vance (Litza) of Grapevine, Texas; his grandchildren, Casey Talley, Jake McMackin, Holly McMackin, Ashtyn Talley, Emilee Talley, Lindsey Vance, Meagan Stephens, Richelle Parker, Matthew and Sophia Vance; his great grandchildren, Liam Talley and Emmit McMackin; and also Sandra Talley of Pearland, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Grapevine Elks Lodge.
