He is survived by: his father David Cummings; his wife Evie Cummings; his sons, David Cummings and Brent Cummings (Brittany); his siblings, Melanie Haunert (Tim), Mark Cummings (Sabrina) and Maurice Cummings; and his granddaughters, Kiera, Melody and Hailey.
