He is survived by: his wife Elorine Franke (Pieper); and his children, Randle Franke (Nora) of Pawnee, Billy Younts (Tiffany) of George West and Krista Davis (Curt) of Beeville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
