It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Verna Griffin of Pasadena, Texas, born in Baker, Louisiana, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Womack and Aimee Perilloux Womack; her husband George Graham Griffin; her son George Graham Griffin, Jr.; her grandson Cody Clement; her son-in-law Clint Clement; and her close friend Martha Hockin.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doris Reading, Margie Heltz, Mona Fay Cavalier, Joy Womack, Frank Womack, Jr., Pete Womack, Buddy Womack and Shelby Womack (Toby); her daughter Amie Clement; her grandchildren, Everett Griffin, Jeffrey Wooding, Kenneth Griffin, Kyle Clement and Casey Clark; her great grandchildren, Libby, Daisy, Dalton Woodring, Brock, Brenden Griffin and Rory Kay Clement; and her sisters, Ruth Bergeron (Tiny) and Sherry Womack. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
