As we bid adieu to William Richard's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration William Richard has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harriet Wood Mills and John Maurice Mills Sr.; and his wife Peggy Sue Mills.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pasadena Funeral Chapel (2203 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77502). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Forest Park (6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023).
