He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Kaufman Richards; his daughters, Mary Richards Coleman and Margie Richards Trevino; his stepdaughter Tammy Van Duff; his grandchildren, Dawn Coleman Lusk, Shauna Trevino Allen and Justin Haapanen; his great grandchildren, Madison and Mason Allen; and his goddaughter Mary Fontenot Ketcher.
