He is survived by: his wife Amanda Muirhead; his mother Sharon Rose Muirhead; his stepdaughter Lydia Louise Burton (Whitney); his stepgrandchild Lilith; his granddaughter Abigail Rose Bell; his close friend Lydia Louise Burton; his brother Leonard Franklin Muirhead; his nieces and nephews, Austin and Syrena; his brother Michael Dewayne Muirhead (April); his nieces and nephews, Colby and Emily; his sister Angela Kay Lloyd; his nephews, Andrew, Nathan and Clayton; his sister Barabara Jeanette Bradford (Johnathan); and his nieces and nephews, Shilo, Dalton and Brayden. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
