It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velia Gallardo of Pasadena, Texas, who passed away on May 25, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Cecila Ramirez; and her parents, Jose Gallardo and Dolores Gallardo. She is survived by: her children, Eloisa Lozano (Donald Ray Green), Lucia Perales and Velia Lozano (Antonio Garcia); and her son-in-law Javier Ramirez. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren.
