He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Ethel Taylor Milligan and Ray Vernon Milligan; his former wife Karen Denise Largent; his children, Candace and Matthew; his parents-in-law, Lucille and Clifford Largent; his wife Josephine Milligan-Jones; his children, Hank Williams Sr., Johnny Cash, George Jones and Merle Haggard; his siblings, Elaine Davidson, Dennis Milligan, Jan Walters and Judy Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Milligan and Charles Johnson. He was also cherished by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family & friends.
In Lieu of flowers (which cannot be received by St. Martin's Episcopal Church) the family has requested that donations be made to the Hope and Healing Center & Institute (hopeandhealingcenter.org) or the charity of your choice.
