He was predeceased by: his mother Dannette Evans; his grandparents, Elsie and Clyde Evans; and his aunts and uncles, Jane Alston, Shirley Fowler, Billy Evans, Jerry Evans, Mike Evans, Dale Mallott and Jimmy Evans.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Evans, Holly Evans and Sarah Evans; his grandchildren, Colin Craven and Ella Evans; his sister Toni Owens (Mike); and his aunts and uncles, Dave Evans (Minerva), Terry Townsley (Thea), RaiGenne Evans and Ruth Ann Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made in Tim's name to the Fisher House Foundation.
