“My name is Ronald Lee. Timmy and I grew up together, played cowboys and Indians together (he had a Mohawk cap pistol and so did I) and we played football together for LaPorte. He was an outstanding running back, so much so that I remember a referee telling him (after a touchdown against Dickinson) that if he kept running like that he would be on a scholarship to some college. He was a great guy and I will miss him. Our prayers are with him and his family. Ronald Lee”
