He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Meade Allen (Bud) of Iron River and Genevieve Threasa Mills (Gen) of Green Bay, Wisconsin.; his daughter Angela Suzanne Allen Kulesha; and his brother Barry Dean Allen. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Allen; his grandson Collin Kulesha; his cousins, Ron Allen (Sharon) and David Jenkins; his siblings-in-law, Doug Wheeler (Cheri) and Lisa McBride (Todd); his niece Paula Cline (Jordan); his nephews, Chris Wheeler and Otis Wheeler; and his cousin Joan Graham (Melvin). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
