He is survived by: his mother Sandra Holloway; his sons, Daniel Phillips and Isaac Crochet; his wife Elizabeth Herndon; his siblings, Cathy Davis (Mark) and Mitchell Holloway (Laura); and his grandchildren, Skyler Herndon, Jackson Johnson and Thatcher Johnson.
