She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Eugene Shamblin and Anna Lee Cameron; her stepfather Garland Rutherford (Donald Leisinger); and her brother Kenneth Shamblin. She is survived by: her children, Chris Leisinger and Stephanie Leisinger Smith; her son-in-law Michael Smith; her grandchildren, Abby, Natalie Leisinger, Nicholas, Aubrey, Averee and Ainsley Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Kenny, Kaleb, Kristen and Kody Shamblin.
