Ruby Ray Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Ray, born in Liberty Hill, Texas, who passed away on November 17, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, John Burgess Haydon and Julia Clement Haydon (Wade); her husband Clyde Wesley Ray; her children, Greg Ray (Donna), Gwen Hines (Steve) and Gary Ray (Eileen); her grandchildren, Kelli Meier (Ryan), Lori Hines, Travis Ray, Brandon Ray (Nathania), Caleb Ray, Kyle Ray, Jaleen Bandy (Levi), Corey Daniel and Tyler Ray; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kacey, Jaynelin, Mollie, Graceun, Wesley and Silas.

One of Ruby’s most favorite verses in the bible was that of III John 1:4 which states, “I have no greater joy than to hear my children are walking in the truth.” If you knew Ruby this verse speaks volumes of how each and every day she always lived for the Lord.
