It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roselyn Marie Bravenec of Pasadena, Texas, born in Moulton, Texas, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kotzebue and Rose Petrek Kotzebue; her husband Donald J. Bravenec; her brother Alexander "Buddy" Kotzebue; her nephew Dwayne Kotzebue; her parents-in-law, Johnnie and Matilda Bravenec; and her sister-in-law Tricia Bravenec.
She is survived by: her children, Donald J. Bravenec Jr., Sharon Contreras (Nelson) and Lisa Shaw (Michael); her grandchildren, Candice Haake (Kevin), Eric Contreras (Jaclyn), Colin Contreras, Nathan Shaw and Jeremy Shaw; her great grandchildren, Corbin Haake, Kailey Haake and Clara Contreras; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Kotzebue, Mary Ann Zimmerman (Cletus) and Sam Bravenec.
Those remotely symptomatic of COVID-19 are politely asked not to attend.
