He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Clifton and Carrie Mae Plunkett; his brother James; his wife Tasca; his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law Jonnie Ray Lafitte; his children, Kenneth Plunkett (D'Ann), Janet Moore (Keith) and Karen Ingalls (Billy); his grandchildren, Amanda Kaufmann (Cody), Adrienne Gutierrez (Mark), Aaron Taylor (Melissa), Andy Ingalls, Megan Berry (Hunter), Anna Ingalls, Morgan Mobley (Chase), Austin Ingalls, Ethan Plunkett, Annelise Brasher (Nathan) and Brandon Moore; and his great grandchildren, Cade Kaufmann, Chloe Kaufmann, Cora Kaufmann, Charlotte Kaufmann, Eden Taylor, Owen Taylor, Meleah Taylor, Greyson Gutierrez, Lyla Gutierrez and Benny Gutierrez.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Robert's name to South Main Baptist Church (4300 E. Sam Houston Pkwy. South Pasadena, TX 77505) to help others in the charities that the church supports.
