He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hinton; his daughter Allison Kidd (Justin); his grandchildren, Jordan and Katie Kidd; his son Patrick Ethridge; his granddaughter Kalyn Ethridge; his stepchildren, Heide Swatzel and Keith Swatzel (Ying Yu); his grandchildren, Karina, Selena and Alvin Swatzel; his brother Scott Hinton (Susan); his nephews, Jason Otts (Jennifer), Jaden and Brian Otts (Brandi); and his great-nieces, Bristol and Brilee Otts.
