He is survived by: his brothers, Don Harper of Lubbock and David (Danielle) of New Caney; his nieces and nephews, Sean (Paige) of Lubbock, Michael (Lacey) of New Orleans, Meghan and James Moses of London, England.; and his great-nephews, Jack, Thomas Harper of Lubbock and Jasper Moses of London.
