He was predeceased by: his father Mahlon. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis (Darlene); his sister Sharon DeShazo (George); his children, Ricky (Cherita), Andria Hartman (Brian) and Kimberly Amundson; and his grandchildren, Chance Parker, Elizabeth, Logan, Alex Fry, April and Liam Hartman.
