She is survived by: her husband Jerry Dean Talley, Sr.; her sons, Jerry Dean Talley, Jr. and Robert Lee Talley; her daughters-in-law, Yolanda Talley and Lupita Talley; her grandsons, Christopher Talley and Rylee Luke Talley; and her siblings, Zeferino Gallegos, Elias Gallegos, Jose Luis Gallegos, Eliseo Gallegos, Selia Staley, Angela Olivia Garcia, Rosa Maria Osgood and Nuemi Ayala.

“I have lived down the street from the Talleys for 47 years and Patsy was the kindest of neighbors I have known. She would always get Jerry to slow down when she saw me outside so she could talk to me about how I was doing and how my family was doing. I am sad that she is gone but rejoice for she is in a far better place and I will see her again when I get to Heaven.”
