She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Henry Ollie Scarborough and Vatie Lee Wilkins Scarborough; her former husband James Curtis "Rocky" Ford of March; her husband Jerry "Felix" Komarek; and her children, Stan Ford (Jeanette), Steve Ford (Sharon), Mark Ford (Gill), Joe Richard Ford (Julie) and Lauri Ford Reed (Terry). She was also cherished by 11 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 9 Step Children, 22 Step Grandchildren and 14 Step Great Grandchildren and a large community of friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, Pat requested that donations be made in her name to her Church which she loved so much.
