She is survived by: her children, William David Herbeck (Georgia), Cara Lee Herbeck and Holly Ann Dunn (Kevin); her grandchildren, Shelby Herbeck, Kayla Grigsby Johnston, Alisyn Perry Hendrickson and Dani Rose Perry Schmidt; her great grandchildren, Khoury, Kallie, Averie and Aurora; her sister-in-law Huberta Nichols; her stepdaughter Deanna Greenwood (Dan); her stepgrandchildren, David, Morgan and Matthew; her stepson Michael Nichols (Julie); her stepgrandson Ethan; her stepdaughter Penny Grossman (Jamie); her stepgrandsons, Gavin and Jaxon; and her pets, Fancy, Bella and Jazz.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
