He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Powell and Jo Powell; his brother Paul Michael Powell; and his sister-in-law Doris Marie Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, Rebekah Powell Clark (Garry) of League City, Eddy Wayne Powell, Sr. (Paula) of New Caney and Johnny Wilson Powell (Jackie) of Seabrook; his sister-in-law Kim Powell of Pasadena; and his nephews, Coy (Clint Clark), Eddy Powell, Jr., John T (Arnn Powell) and Steven Ermel.
