She is survived by: her husband John Wesley Fields; her daughters, Sondra Padgett (Charley) and Janet Caldwell (Bob); her grandchildren, Holly Wilder (Jonathan), Dr. John Caldwell (Carling) and Dr. Allison Bordlee (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Adeline Wilder, Jackson and Carter Caldwell.
