She is survived by: her children, David Smith (Hope) and Fawn Maldonado (Terry); her grandchildren, James Smith (Jeanne), Jaclyn Smith, Crystal Gallegos, Jake Wade (Jordan) and Ashley Wade; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Smith, Reed Smith, David Smith, Sterling Meyerson, Merrit Meyerson, Sean Gallegos, Liam Brown, Carter Wade and Calvin Wade. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and friends.
