He was predeceased by: his mother Letha Moon Adams. He is survived by: his father Warren D. Adams Jr.; his daughter Megan Adams Daniels; his granddaughter Lilly Phelps; his siblings, Bethann Adams and Warren "David" Adams III (Lori); and his nephews, Warren D. Adams IV (Katy Adams), Dillon Adams and Zachary Adams. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
