With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise E. Newkirk of Pasadena, Texas, who passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose A. Espinosa and Guadalupe Espinosa; her husband Coy Dale Bullard Sr.; her former husband Melvin Walter Newkirk; her grandson Coy Dale Bullard III; and her brothers, Dan, Ben and Julian.

She is survived by: her children, Coy Dale Bullard Jr. and Marla Michelle Bullard; her son-in-law William Dwaine Morgan; and her nieces and nephews, Denise, Debbie, Sylvia, Diane, Robert, Richard, Charles and Tommy.
