He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Pedraza and Virginia Pedraza; his wife Dora Pedraza; and his brothers, Guadalupe Pedraza, Paul Pedraza and Joseph Pedraza.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia Solis, Lorenzo Pedraza, Jr. (Maria), Yolanda Magdaleno, Edward Pedraza and Nancy Galindo; and his siblings, Gloria Cavazos, Alice Hernandez, Jesse Pedraza, Rubio Pedraza and Ramiro Pedraza. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
