She is survived by: her husband Thomas Westerman; her sons, William E Bowker III (Christina Bowker) and Richard Lee Bowker; her grandsons, Devon Lee Bowker (Chelsea Bowker) and Richard Bowker; her great grandchildren, Jackson Bowker and Oliver Bowker; and her siblings, George, John, Walter, David, Pat, Shelia and Shirley.
