He was predeceased by: his father Leonardo Gomez; and his sister Linda Gomez Aguilera. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Garcia Gomez of Dilley; his children, Marlen Valle (Roverto Anguiano) of Baytown, Leonardo Gomez III (Danelly) of Pasadena, Zuleima Powell (James) of Conroe, Ulyses Gutierrez of Pasadena and Noel Gutierrez of Pasadena; and his sister Esperanza Gutierrez (Rogacion) of Pasadena. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
