He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Vaughn and Pauline Vaughn; his former wife Linda Vaughn; and his brother Ernest Garland Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Levita Vaughn; his son Len Vaughn (Michelle); his stepson Patrick Zink; his siblings, Millard Vaughn (Barbara) and Myrtle Ann Burleson; his brothers-in-law, David Bonds (Becky) and Ronald Bonds (Janet); and his grandchildren, Tyler and Briley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
